Fees
Cleaning: Each visitor is responsible for the fee to clean the house after they depart. This keeps our home in top condition. The average cleaning fee is $200, depending on the amount of time required for cleaning and laundry. |
Security Deposit
A nominal security deposit is required to rent the house. |
